About

Meet Danielle Kaminski, J.D., CCEP

I am an experienced legal and compliance professional specializing in independent workplace and compliance investigations that require rigor, neutrality, and defensibility. As a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) member, and a lawyer for over 14 years, I have the skills and experience to help organizations navigate sensitive employee, ethics, compliance and conduct-related concerns where clear, well-supported findings are essential to sound decision-making.

Before launching Kaminski Investigations & Compliance, I spent more than a decade in legal leadership roles, advising on complex legal matters including employee relations and compliance issues, and witnessing first-hand how sensitive workplace issues can pose significant risks to organizations when they’re not handled properly. That background informs every investigation I conduct. I approach each engagement with a structured, evidence-based methodology designed to ensure findings are objective, policy-aligned, and capable of withstanding internal review, external scrutiny, or legal examination.

My work focuses on investigations involving misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ethics and compliance concerns, leadership issues, and broader cultural or behavioral challenges. Each investigation is conducted independently and impartially, with careful attention to documentation, consistency, and analytical rigor. I conduct interviews using trauma-informed techniques that support a respectful process while preserving the integrity of the investigation.

I provide clarity in high-stakes situations and deliver concise, defensible reports that leadership teams can rely on to make informed, confident decisions. Throughout the process, I prioritize professionalism, discretion, and fairness for all participants.

Kaminski Investigations & Compliance is not a law firm, and I do not provide legal advice. I work collaboratively with HR, Compliance, and Legal teams to support effective investigations and strong governance while maintaining independence and objectivity.
